Noble Organic Kava From Papua New Guinea
Sourced from the rich volcanic soils of Madang, our farmed Kava (Piper Methysticum) roots are harvested with care, sun-dried naturally, thoroughly washed, and packed in export bags which are gently stacked inside sea freight containers thus meeting international export quality standards.

We supply noble kava only, in two grades
Waka
Lateral roots only — the premium grade. Cleaner in appearance and typically specified by pharmaceutical buyers and extract manufacturers.
Lewena
Lateral roots and the lower stump. Fuller bodied, and traditionally the preferred grade for beverage preparation and bulk processing.
Volcanic soil, unhurried drying, careful packing
Madang's volcanic soils and consistent rainfall produce kava with the root density buyers look for. Nothing is rushed: roots are sun-dried naturally rather than kiln-forced, which protects colour and aroma through the long sea voyage to market.
Every consignment is washed, graded and packed to the standards our destination markets require, then stacked into sea freight containers for export.
